Veritaaq will only release information contained in a consultant's resume to our clients once the consultant has signed a Subcontractor Opportunity Agreement. Veritaaq will share security clearance information with the government department responsible for verifying security status in order to secure a contract opportunity for that consultant.

The personal information we collect will be limited to what is necessary for business purposes identified unless you have otherwise consented, or when required by law.
Our Web server collects and tracks IP addresses and resolves them to a domain name, but we do not collect personally identifiable information unless we explicitly ask you to provide it. Some pages in our Web site ask you to provide personal information in order to assess your fit for our immediate and future consulting opportunities. The information requested is what is needed to ensure we engage the most qualified sub-contractors for our consulting projects and this information is secured at Veritaaq.

Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required by law. Your personal information will be retained only as long as it is necessary to fulfill those purposes. Personal information that it is no longer necessary relevant for the identified purposes or required to be retained by law is destroyed erased or made anonymous.

On request and to the extent reasonably possible, we will tell you if we have any personal information about you and how it is used. We will endeavor to correct or amend any personal information if its accuracy and completeness is challenged and found deficient.
