Shannon arrived at Veritaaq in 1999 to work as an Account Executive for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Over her tenure, PWGSC became Veritaaq’s largest account. Shannon’s natural interest in people, strategic mindset, and steadfast commitment to building strategic relationships meshed perfectly with the firm’s culture and Shannon was promoted to Director of Sales in 2002. In that role, Shannon ensured Veritaaq remained a top 10 supplier to the federal government while coaching her sales team to new levels of success.
Promoted to her current role in 2004, Shannon now heads Veritaaq’s recruiting and proposal response functions. Whether helping consultants market themselves effectively or coaching clients on complex procurement strategies, Shannon takes pride in representing the interests of the people with whom she works. Naturally, this extends to her own team, where Shannon is personally invested in the growth of her recruiters and proposal writers.
